A wide range of flavours

We produce up to 30 different types of sausage every week – each and every one a top-quality standard-bearer of our approach to flavour.

Many varieties are based on traditional recipes – with various prizes and awards to show for it (such as the DLG prize from the German Agricultural Association). Our range includes boiling, cooked and raw sausages, along with products made of pork belly.
