The way in which we source our meat from carefully-selected suppliers and process it for the consumer is your guarantee of absolutely top quality. The quality of our products is further improved by the fact that most of the meat that they contain is locally sourced. This allows us to exercise direct influence over issues such as breeding, feeding, stall hygiene, animal welfare and even transport conditions. Only the best-bred animals get to enter our stockyard. Product quality depends to a great extent on high standards of hygiene, and we carry out constant internal and external inspections and checks in all areas to ensure that legal regulations are amply fulfilled well beyond the bare minimum standards stipulated.
