Meat production centre for beef
In order to be able to offer our customers the best quality, we only use livestock raised in the local region.
Nearly all of our beef cattle come from farms located within a maximum 100-kilometre radius. This allows us to maintain personal relationships with the breeders concerned, and also to have a positive influence over how livestock is kept, fed and raised. We only accept livestock from QA-certified farms. The strictness of our approach in this respect is borne out in our commercial success: our processed beef products, for example, are marketed all over the European Union and in various other countries.
